TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CLEANSING SERVICE
I have read and accept the following Shun Hing Cleaning Service Terms & Conditions.
1.Residential Indoor Split Type Air Conditioner (Indoor Unit) and Thermo Ventilator Cleansing Service takes place at customer home. Residential Window Type Air Conditioners are normally sent back to the workshop for service. Residential Indoor Split Type Air conditioner and Thermo Ventilator cleansing service is not applicable on Hong Kong outlying islands (Excluded Tung Chung and Discovery Bay).
2. If the electrical appliance is not suitable for cleansing service after on-site inspection by our technician, or refused to be cleaned by customers, a service charge $150/set shall be paid by customer to Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd.
3. All kinds of accessories or decoration that will interfere with the cleansing job should be removed by customer in advance. If the cleansing job cannot be carried out, on-site visit fee $150/set shall be paid by customer to Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd.
4. Cleansing Service does not include cleansing on the condenser unit of Split Type Air Conditioner, repair service of Split Type Air Conditioner and Thermo Ventilator. Repair fee and any other charges shall be quoted if necessary.
5. Residential Indoor Split Type Air Conditioner Cleansing Service (Indoor Unit) is only applied to the Indoor Split Type Air Conditioner with 3HP or below and installed at height of maximum 3 meters above floor level in residential units. Residential Thermo Ventilator Cleansing Service is only applied to the Thermo Ventilator installed at height of maximum 2.5 meters above floor level in residential units. For non-residential usage, or any other situations, quotation shall be provided separately.
6. To enjoy "Special offer for cleansing multi-units air-conditioner", the air-conditioners should be located at same location and serviced at the same time. Service charge may vary depending on the actual no. of air-conditioner cleansing unit and corresponding price incurred. 7. Service charge may vary depending on the actual no. of cleansing unit, HP of the unit (if applicable) and corresponding price incurred.
8. The cleansing procedure of Residential Indoor Split Type Air Conditioner Cleansing Service (Indoor Unit) and Residential Thermo Ventilator Cleansing Service may vary depending on actual ground condition.
9. The above cleansing fee for Indoor Split Type Air Conditioner and Thermo Ventilator is not applicable to outlying islands (Excluded Tung Chung and Discovery Bay). Remote areas and restricted areas are subjected to an additional remote area fee HK$440 per trip. Air-conditioner cleansing service for Discovery Bay will have an additional surcharge of HK$360 and the Toll Rate of Road Tunnels fee.
10. For building without elevator or elevator that cannot be reached the delivered address, staircase fee will be charged. An additional $80 (per set, per floor and round trip) for 3/4-1.5 HP indoor window-type air-conditioner and $100 (per set, per floor and round trip) for 2-2.5 HP indoor window-type air-conditioner (up to 6 floors). Other scenarios will be quoted separately. Additional fee $120 per unit/ per trip/ per 100m will be charged for pathway to destination.
11. The cleansing service will be suspended or delay for appointment during severe weather condition, such as black/red rainstorm or thunderstorm warning. All service will be cancelled if typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted. Our Company will contact the concerned customers for alternative service arrangement after the warning signal is cancelled.
12. To accept the cleansing service or not, Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. reserves the right of final decision. Once the cleaning order is confirmed and payment is successful, it is strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
13. Our company reserves the right to cancel the on-site cleansing service appointment if the information provided by the customer is incorrect. Customer appointed date/time may be changed according to the actual arrangement of the day.
14. In case of any dispute, Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited reserves the right of final decision.
