Terms & Conditions:

1. Once a cleansing service order is confirmed and payment has been made successfully, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
2. Cleansing services for residential wall-mounted split-type air-conditioner (indoor unit) and thermo ventilator are performed onsite at customer’s residence by our technicians. Residential window-type air -conditioners are generally collected and returned to our workshop for service. Cleansing services are not available in Hong Kong outlying islands areas (except Tung Chung and Discovery Bay).
3. If, after the onsite inspection, the technician determines that the appliance is not suitable for the requested cleansing service or if the customer refuse the cleansing service upon the technician’s arrival, a service call charge of HK$150 per appliance will be imposed.
4. Customers are responsible for removing and reinstalling any fixtures, fittings, or renovations that may obstruct the cleansing service, and for all related expenses. If the cleansing service cannot be carried out because the appliance is obstructed, a service call charge of HK$150 per appliance will be imposed.
5. Additional Charges for Window-Type Air Conditioner Cleansing Services:

    a.The collection and delivery locations must be the same. If the collection and  delivery locations differ, an additional transportation fee of HK$240 per unit will be Customers are responsible for removing the air conditioner casing at the collection location and reinstalling it at the delivery location.

  b. If there is no elevator access at the collection/delivery address, or if delivery requires the use of stairs, stair charges will apply (up to a maximum of 6 floors):

• 75HP to 1.5HP window-type air conditioners: HK$80 per floor per unit (round trip)
• 2HP to 2.5HP window-type air conditioners: HK$100 per floor per unit (round trip)

  c. Access Road Charges:

• HK$120 per unit, per trip, for every 100 meters of walking distance.

  d. Other Situations

• Separate quotations will be provided as requested

 6. Remote Area Service Surcharges:

  a. Remote Areas and Restricted Areas  - HK$440

  b. Discovery Bay - HK$360 plus tunnel toll charges

 7 .The "Multiple Air Conditioners Cleansing Discount" is only applicable when the cleansing service is carried out at the same location and at the same time.

8. The cleansing service does not include cleaning the condenser unit of wall-mounted split-type air-conditioners (where applicable), products’ repair services, or any other service charges. Separate quotations will be provided if such services are required.

9. Air conditioner cleansing services are only applicable to residential premises and air conditioners of 3HP or below installed at a height of 3 meters or less above ground level. Thermo ventilator cleansing services are only applicable to residential premises and thermo ventilator installed at a height of 2.5 meters or less above ground level. If the appliance is installed in non-residential premises or above the specified height limits, a separate quotation will be provided.

10. Actual service charges will be calculated based on the actual number of units cleaned, the horsepower/capacity of the unit (if applicable) and the corresponding price.

11. The cleansing procedure may be adjusted according to the actual site conditions and environment.

12. In adverse weather conditions, such as Black Rainstorm Warning, Red Rainstorm Warning, or Thunderstorm Warning, the original scheduled appointments may be affected or delayed. If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in force, all services will be cancelled. Affected customers will be contacted as soon as possible after the warning signal is lowered to reschedule the service.

13. The Company reserves the right to cancel an onsite cleaning appointment if the customer provides incorrect information. The appointment date and time requested by the customer may be adjusted according to actual scheduling arrangements.

14. In the event of any dispute, Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited reserves the right of final decision.
