The cleansing service applies to all brands with limited quotas and on first-come-first-served basis.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Workshop cleansing is required for window type air-conditioner whereas on-site cleansing is available for split-type air conditioner and thermo ventilator, air conditioner and thermo ventilator cleansing service is not applicable on outlying islands
2. If the air-conditioner /  thermo ventilator is not suitable for cleansing; or customer refuse to clean the air-conditioner / thermo ventilator after the on-site inspection done by our technician, on-site visit fee HK$150 per air-conditioner will be charged.

3. For the convenience of the customer, all kinds of accessories or decoration that will interfere with the cleansing job should be removed by customer in advance. If the cleansing job cannot be carried out, on-site visit fee HK$150 per air-conditioner / thermo ventilator will be charged.

4. The above promotion cleansing fee applies to air-conditioner  / thermo ventilator cleansing service only, if repair service or any other service is required, separate quotation will be provided by our company.
5. The above promotion cleansing fee only applies to air conditioner with 3HP or below and installed at height of maximum 3 meters above floor level in residential units or thermo ventilator below and installed at height of maximum 2.5 meters above floor level in residential units . Separate quotation will be provided for other situation.
6. To enjoy " Special offer for cleansing multi-units air-conditioner", the air-conditioners should be located at same location and serviced at the same time.
7. The above promotion cleansing fee for split-type air conditioner is not applicable for outlying islands (Excluded Tung Chung and Discovery Bay)

8. Remote areas and restricted areas are subjected to an additional remote area fee $240 per trip

9. Air-conditioner cleansing service for Discovery Bay will have an additional charge of $240 and the Toll Rate of Road Tunnels fee

10. Air-conditioner cleansing service for Park Island will have an additional charge the Toll Rate of Road Tunnels fee

11. For building without elevator or elevator that cannot reach the delivered address, staircase fee will be charged. An additional $60 (per set, per floor and round trip) for 3/4-1.5 hp window-type air-conditioner and $90 (per set, per floor and round trip) for 2-2.5 hp window-type air-conditioner. (up to 6 floors) Other types to be quoted.

12. The above promotion is only applicable to Mon-Sat (09:00-18:00) (Except public holiday)
13. The above promotion cleansing fee are subject to change without prior notice. To accept the cleansing or not, Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.
14. In case of any dispute, Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited reserves the right of final decision.
