Products include audio-visual products, home appliances, office automation, computers, and communication and professional equipment, which are respectively handled by five technical departments: Audio Video Department, Electrical Appliance Department, Office Equipment Department, Communication & Professional Equipment Department and Project Department.

The repair services can be classified into three categories: on-site service, workshop service and carry-in service. On-site service is provided by professional staff to ensure service completion in the first visit. Products that cannot be repaired on-site are collected to Shun Hing Centre workshop for detailed inspection and repair. Transportation service is provided by the highly efficient fleet of Shun Hing Logistics Co Ltd. For convenience, Customer may also carry in their products to the nearby SHESC Customer Service Centre for efficient repairs.
One-stop service is provided by the well-trained professional hotline staff in a courteous, friendly, prompt and effective manner. An on-site service request can be efficiently logged for equipment and appliances with computer records of warranty/ maintenance registration including recording the symptoms, customer instructions and service visit appointments. Customer may also choose to lodge a service request on-line.Voice message facilities are provided after office hours.
With the commitment of Total Product Care, SHESC offers Maintenance Scheme (Extended Warranty) options to customers at a reasonable annual charge. Customers may enjoy favorable discounts for joining the maintenance schemes before expiry of warranty or maintenance period.Priority service would be provided to products under warranty/ maintenance schemes Customers are welcome to join the maintenance scheme earliest possible.
SHESC supplies the full range of spare parts and accessories for over a hundred types of products being marketed by the Shun Hing Group sales companies. The 25,000 square feet spare parts warehouse in Kwai Chung keeps more than 400,000 pieces under more than 80,000 items. Customers may call to the Consumables/ Accessories Sales Hotline (2406 5555) for enquiry and order, and then pay and collect the parts at any of SHESC's Customer Service Centres. (Note: In order to ensure electrical product safety, service parts are only for sale on limited conditions. Customers are required to meet the qualification assessment and recognition of the government's Electrical & Mechanical Services Department (EMSD).)
