We have customer service hotlines for customer enquiries. When a customer calls our Customer Service Department for repair service, service coordinators can issue a service order in a short time if the machine is registered in our computer. That includes recording the symptom and assigning an appointment time. We also provide maintenance service for the products. When the Maintenance Scheme Processing Section first inputs the machine records in the Guarantee / Maintenance System, the schedules for maintenance services are automatically arranged. Technical Departments generate Maintenance Service Orders periodically and despatch technicians accordingly.
We also have local Customer Service Centres in Causeway Bay and Yaumatei for customers to carry their machines for repair and accessories / consumables order. The 25,000 square feet warehouse in the headquarters contains over 300,000 accessories / consumables under more than 80,000 categories. Customers can purchase the accessories / consumables from the parts sales counter in the Shun Hing Centre, from local customer service centres and from more than 480 electrical appliance dealers and retail stores.
In order to obtain customers opinions, questionnaires are selected randomly from service records every month. Based on the customers feedback, we can monitor more closely our service quality, understand the customer's need more clearly, and make continuous improvements. |
