Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. (SHESC) was formerly the service departments and spare parts department of the Shun Hing Group's flagship company (Shun Hing Electronic Trading Co., Ltd.). To cope with the rapid business development of the Shun Hing Group, SHESC was incorporated in May 1980 with independent accounts, to provide excellent installation and after-sale service for the products marketed by the Shun Hing Group of companies.
SHESC is headquartered in Shun Hing Centre (property of Shun Hing Group), occupying three floors (18/F, 19/F, 20/F) with a total floor area of 100,000 square feet, housing the offices, repair workshops, spare parts warehouse, etc. In addition to Kwai Chung Customer Service Centre at Shun Hing Centre, SHESC also operates customer service centers in prime locations of Causeway Bay, Yaumatei and Macau, in order to provide full service coverage throughout Hong Kong, Kowloon, the New Territories and Macau.
